As an Estimator you will be preparing a projected net cost model for proposed projects and managing and controlling the tender process through liaison with other departments, contractors and the client.

Must haves:

  • Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator within the groundworks and civil engineering space.
  • HNC as a minimum, Degree qualification preferred.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative, work to deadlines and be able to prioritise tasks well.
  • Experience with ConQuest.
