The Grazing Goat, Marylebone is a relaxed yet elegant pub, dining room and boutique hotel, known for its warm service and outstanding menus. We are looking for a Floor Supervisor to join our front-of-house team and help deliver outstanding experiences in both our restaurant and bar areas. What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising restaurant and bar service, ensuring a smooth and professional guest experience
- Leading the front-of-house team during shifts, acting as a role model and point of contact
- Delivering warm, knowledgeable hospitality in line with Cubitt House standards
- Supporting team training, pre-shift briefings, and daily operational flow
- Handling guest feedback with confidence and discretion
- Opening and closing the site as required, including cashing up and reporting
