Position OverviewThe successful candidate will join a large and well-established family law team, handling a caseload of private family matters such as divorce, finances, and children cases, while providing support and guidance to clients during challenging times.
Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of private family law matters
- Advise clients on divorce, financial settlements, and children cases
- Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional client service
- Attend client meetings and represent clients in court proceedings
- Maintain accurate case records and ensure timely billing
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years' PQE in private family law
