Currently enjoying 20% year on year growth, and with plans to double in size over the next 5 years, this organisation is investing heavily in the growth of its broker distribution arm. As a result of its strategic expansion, this newly-created role has arisen for a Business Development Manager to join its hugely successful team. Our client operates in over 20 countries and is very much renowned as a world-leader within its chosen markets. The company arranges insurance for some of the most fascinating risks on the planet, and has a reputation for excellence, innovation and formidable customer service. Your role will focus on broker agencies which are members of Networks that our client has partnered with. You’ll be responsible for managing broker partnerships, which will include overseeing account plans, building pipelines and driving growth. As well as managing existing relationships, you will actively seek new partner Network member brokers. To achieve your objectives, you will work alongside Network business development teams, as well as internally with new business underwriters, existing business teams, and other business areas. You’ll hold regular development meetings (both face to face and virtually), attend networking events and conferences, whilst developing a clear understanding of the company’s sector propositions.
