Your Impact Will Include:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and deliver comprehensive communications and engagement strategies aligned with corporate priorities.
- Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain relationships with political leaders, government bodies, and partner organisations.
- Team Development: Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing communications team.
- Executive Support: Provide strategic communications counsel to the executive team and board.
- Multi-channel Communications: Oversee internal communications, media relations, digital engagement, and events.

Essential Experience:
- Degree level education or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven track record in leading corporate communications functions in complex organisations.
- Political acumen with deep understanding of local government frameworks and political landscapes.
- Stakeholder engagement expertise including experience with political leaders, government bodies, and public sector partners.
- Strategic thinking with ability to develop communications strategies that support policy delivery.
