As our Head of Stakeholder Engagement & Communications, you'll be at the heart of the strategic leadership team, driving the communications strategy and building the relationships that matter. Your Impact Will Include:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and deliver comprehensive communications and engagement strategies aligned with corporate priorities.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain relationships with political leaders, government bodies, and partner organisations.
  • Team Development: Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing communications team.
  • Executive Support: Provide strategic communications counsel to the executive team and board.
  • Multi-channel Communications: Oversee internal communications, media relations, digital engagement, and events.

Essential Experience:

  • Degree level education or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven track record in leading corporate communications functions in complex organisations.
  • Political acumen with deep understanding of local government frameworks and political landscapes.
  • Stakeholder engagement expertise including experience with political leaders, government bodies, and public sector partners.
  • Strategic thinking with ability to develop communications strategies that support policy delivery.
  • Leadership excellence with experience building successful, inclusive teams.
