TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a forward-thinking conveyancing department in Abercynon, where innovation meets expertise. This dynamic and growing team is seeking a Licensed Residential Conveyancer with a passion for high-tech solutions and exceptional client service.
Your Role:
- Independently manage a diverse caseload, including leasehold and freehold transactions.
- Handle registered and unregistered property matters.
- Manage sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages.
You’ll play a vital role in ensuring seamless client journeys, progressing matters efficiently while maintaining impeccable file organisation.
To thrive in this role, the following skills are essential:
- A qualified professional (CILEx, SRA, or CLC) with at least 2+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Proven ability to manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload independently from instruction to completion.
- Proficiency in legal software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communicator with exceptional verbal and written skills.
- A results-driven approach with the ability to meet billing targets.
