I am currently working with a local authority in Stroud who are looking for a Housing Officer to join their team on an ongoing temporary contract.

Housing Officer responsibilities:

  • Be a visible presence on specialist housing schemes, maximising communication to achieve tenancy sustainability and positive tenancy management
  • Enforce tenancy conditions in line with agreements, policies and standards, with an early intervention and prevention ethos
  • Managing low levels of ASB
  • Dealing with Neighbourhood Issues
  • Dealing with Tenancy queries and complaints

Housing Officer requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Housing Officer, ASB officer, Income Officer
  • Be able to hit the ground running
