We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Campsite Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our campsite, ensuring guests enjoy a safe, welcoming, and memorable stay. To ensure close management of the site, we provide a dedicated pitch for the manager to live on-site (off-grid) in their own vehicle or caravan., Guest Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service, manage bookings and check-ins, and respond to guest queries promptly and professionally.

Site Management: Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of all campsite facilities, including shower blocks, reception areas, and the grounds.

Team Leadership: Manage and support seasonal staff and volunteers, ensuring smooth operations during busy periods.

Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and fire regulations, conducting regular risk assessments and maintaining high standards.

Environmental Stewardship: Promote sustainable practices aligned with Maker Heights` commitment to environmental responsibility.

Event Support: Collaborate with the Maker Heights team during site-wide events, providing logistical support for camping-related activities.

Administration: Manage bookings, payments, and guest communications using our online system, and maintain accurate records.

Previous experience in campsite, hospitality, or event management is preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

A proactive and problem-solving attitude.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations (training provided if necessary).

A passion for sustainability and working in a creative, community-driven environment.

Willingness to live on-site in your own vehicle or caravan, utilizing the provided pitch.
