We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated Senior Practitioner to join the Court Team on an agency basis. The Court Team works with a small number of children and families where there are court proceedings required or underway and there is a strong emphasis on achieving timely outcomes which ensure secure, stable futures for Bromley's children. The Court Team is made up of experienced social work practitioners who have a common commitment to achieving excellent outcomes for children looked after. Bromley's commitment is to reduce court times and to build on our good practice in care proceedings.
Qualifications
- BA Honors or Masters Degree in Social Work
- Social Work England Registration
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Completed Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE)
- At least three years of post-qualifying experience employed directly within an LA children's service in England
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Empathetic, patient-centered approach with a dedication to providing high-quality care.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
