Work with homeowners in leased properties, customers of private rented properties, colleagues in asset management and compliance, as well as the financial team.
Main areas of responsibility include:
- Managing identified leasehold and private rented schemes and properties, their environment, and customers.
- Leading on setting and managing service charge budgets, managing repairs, insurance claims, expenditure, Section 20 consultations, and sinking funds in leasehold properties.
- Managing voids, budgets, lettings, repairs, and inspections in private rent homes.
- Conducting regular scheme inspections and health and safety checks.
- Managing accounts, customer liaison, records, and reporting.
- Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements, and undertaking relevant qualifications.
- Processing Right to Buy, lease extensions, and other property transactions.
- Providing excellent customer service and coordinating property management activities.
- Setting service charges and rents, reviewing accounts, and ensuring process efficiency.
- Supporting policy and regulatory compliance, data protection, and other legal requirements.
- Undertaking additional duties as directed by the Leasehold Manager.
