Brand new role at an agency with creativity and entrepreneurialism in its DNA. The ideal place for someone that wants to work on great brands, but in a smaller agency where they can genuinely make a difference.
About the agency
Founded by a creative industry powerhouse, this agency of around 20 people has been shortlisted as a ‘Best Place to Work’ two years in a row thanks to its inclusive culture, personal development opportunities and approach to wellbeing. With a superb pitch-win ratio, their already impressive client portfolio is growing and they’re now hiring for several new positions across the business. Despite being a smaller agency, they punch above their weight with their clients. Their current client list includes a household name automotive brand, a leading wine company, and a European airline.
Culturally, the team is ambitious, nurturing and values integrity. They have never been and will never be a sweat shop; they really care about individuals, and genuinely want them to progress, and they’re not afraid to give true consultancy to clients (or to tell them no if they don’t align with their own values). Their fab offices in Soho are home three days a week, with the team able to work remotely twice a week – plus they have flexible working hours too.
The Senior Account Manager / Account Director role
Due to organic and new business growth, this consumer PR agency is looking for either a Senior Account Manager or Account Director to join its team. As the day-to-day lead on some high profile accounts, the new Senior AM / AD will be responsible for people management, developing integrated strategies across PR, social and content, and managing client relationships. The work this person will be involved in will cover everything from day-to-day press office, and brand building through to high profile social and influencer activations. While the focus of your accounts will be consumer audiences, the agency does also run corporate and crisis work for its clients, so having an ability to flex to this will be advantageous.
Experience
As this is a new role, the agency is open to seeing candidates from Account Manager to Account Director level (recent agency-side experience is essential). The ideal candidate will have experience working on a broad range of consumer clients and a love of creative ideas. As an agency that’s so proud of its culture, they’re looking for someone that is honest, accountable, and a good team player. Everyone in the agency is ambitious, but there’s no room for big egos here.
In return for the new Senior Account Manager / Account Director
The basic salary for the Senior Account Manager or Account Director is £45k – £55k, depending on experience, plus the following benefits:
- Unlimited annual leave
- Flexible working hours and WFH twice a week
- £1,000 training fund per person
- New business bonuses
