Future Build Recruitment Site Manager West London

Future Build Recruitment are currently searching for a reliable Site Manager for a main contractor on a social housing refurbishment project. Our client will be delivering a planned maintenance for various Housing Associations and Local Authorities in West London. The current work stream involves, although upcoming work will involve other elements of social housing.

Responsibilities

  1. Deliver the project from inception to completion, managing subcontractors and a small team of operatives and RLOs.
  2. Maintain a solid relationship with the client, chair progress meetings, and ensure they are aware of any changes.
  3. Keep on top of planning and programming, ensuring a minimum of 10 openings per week.
  4. Provide weekly progress reports to the visiting Contracts Manager.

About You

  1. Valid qualifications: SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, Asbestos Awareness.
  2. Sound knowledge of Health & Safety.
  3. Stable career history with recognized contractors.
  4. Experience in delivering one or more of the above elements.
  5. Experience working with tenants in situ.
  6. Previous experience overseeing social housing projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: GBP45,000.00-GBP55,000.00 per year
