We're working with a leading business that's investing heavily in the next generation of dashboard design and user experience. After receiving awards for their existing data products, they're now focused on refining usability and accessibility to meet the needs of a broad range of stakeholders.

They've built a suite of powerful dashboards - and now they need a UX Designer to bring them to life for users.

The Role

You'll be embedded into an Agile delivery team, working closely with developers and business stakeholders. Your mission is to elevate the dashboard experience across multiple user types - from executive overviews to detailed, slice-and-dice reporting.

  • Leading UX design across data dashboards, with a focus on accessibility and clarity
  • Running user research and testing sessions to validate ideas
  • Translating requirements into user stories and wireframes
  • Showcasing designs to stakeholders and refining based on feedback
  • Supporting KPI-driven UX improvements and clear data visual communication
What We're Looking For
  • Experienced UX Designer with dashboard or data product background
  • Comfortable working in Agile teams and with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Proven experience in user testing, requirements gathering, and stakeholder demos
  • Strong communication skills - able to guide and educate the client team
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings is a plus
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards in design

  • Rate: £400/day (Inside IR35)
  • Location: Hybrid - West London (on-site Tue & Thu)
  • Start: July preferred, but sooner is possible
  • Contract: Until end of year (initial term)
