Client

An exciting Design Studio in central London including Architects, Interior and Furniture Designers are seeking a talented Senior Residential Designer to join their studio. The practice pride themselves on delivering understated, pure and inventive environments and work as a collaborative team, successfully delivering large scale Residential Penthouses and Regenerated multipurpose interiors. The studio is large and open planned allowing collaboration between the various teams.

The Role

Minimum 6 years’ experience working on Beautiful Residential interiors in the UK.

Strong knowledge across the design process with the ability to create beautiful interiors with care and consideration to the surrounding environment.

A robust knowledge of producing and overseeing drawing packs up to stage 4 level of detail.

A strong construction understanding with the ability to navigate from the concept design through to site.

Excellent English skills, being verbally able to communicate with your team and clients.

An interest and inquisitive mind for sustainability.

Managing and mentoring younger Designers when needed.

Programming workflow when needed for your team.

Vectorworks is an advantage, but cross training from other software is given.
