Be the Anchor of a Landmark Development
My client are seeking an experienced and detail-obsessed Project Sales Operations Manager to become the operational heartbeat of one of the most exciting and complex residential developments in Surrey. This isn’t a sales role - it’s ideal for someone who thrives on structure, process, and problem-solving. You’ll be embedded within the development, acting as the first point of contact for the on-site team and ensuring every operational detail runs seamlessly from pre-launch through to handover. Blending contemporary new-build apartments with the elegant restoration of a historic building, this landmark development will feature private courtyards and high-spec homes ready for occupation from 2027.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the go-to expert on-site - fully immersed in the scheme layout, specifications, phasing, and day-to-day operations
- Support the on-site sales team - answering operational questions, identifying challenges, and offering solutions
- Own the smooth running of the sales environment - from documentation and customer journey to reporting and systems
- Handle sales progression tasks - manage choices, liaise with solicitors, and oversee post-reservation processes
- Work closely with senior stakeholders and ensure the sales function is always equipped and informed
- Provide continuity and consistency across all phases of the development lifecycle
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a Project Sales Manager, Sales Operations, or customer experience-led role within a residential developer
- Ideally familiar with refurbishment or complex heritage schemes
- A natural organiser and communicator who enjoys being at the centre of a busy team
- Strong administration and coordination skills - highly organised and detail-driven
- Proactive, solution-focused mindset with a passion for customer and team support
- Comfortable being embedded within a project and representing it with professionalism at all times
What We Offer
- £55,000 - £60,000 base salary + performance bonus
- Tuesday to Saturday working pattern (Monday to Friday considered for the right person)
- Join the team ahead of full launch, giving you ownership and visibility from day one
- Long-term opportunity across a multi-phase development due for completion from 2027
- A career-defining role on a truly special scheme
Looking for a role where you can truly own the detail and make a difference every day? Apply now to become a key player in one of Surrey's most exciting residential projects.
