AM Global is looking for a proven Recruitment Consultant with experience in blue-collar or trades recruitment to join our growing team in Teesside. This is a warm desk with active roles, long-standing client relationships, and a reputation for getting things done. We are looking for someone who knows how to work at pace, manage expectations, and deliver results in a fast-moving environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and growing a warm blue-collar desk with live vacancies from day one
- Recruiting for roles across construction, engineering, manufacturing, and other trade sectors
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates across Teesside
- Handling the full recruitment cycle – from sourcing to placement and aftercare
- Delivering a high standard of service with urgency and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
- Solid experience in blue-collar or trades recruitment
- Strong understanding of the Teesside and wider North East labour market
- A confident, credible communicator with the ability to build trust quickly
- Someone with a proven billing record or strong potential to hit the ground running
