We are looking to recruit for an experienced National Sales Manager to work within a highly successful and growing business lead and grow client relationships across health care, workplace safety, and wellness sectors. You'll promote a broad portfolio of health care services and support a team of BDMs, Sales Executives, Account Managers and Marketing.
Duties:
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy
- Build long-term relationships with health care providers, corporates, and public sector organisations
- Identify and convert new business opportunities
- Collaborate with service delivery and technical teams to meet client needs
- Report on pipeline activity and performance metrics
- Support, mentor and lead a sales team
- Deal with tenders and local authority frameworks
- Manage a team of people through excellent leadership and coaching
Experience:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in healthcare / diagnostics
- Strong management skills, leadership and coaching
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Full UK driving licence
Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary of up to £75,000 plus excellent uncapped bonus scheme
