A leading national firm in Manchester is expanding its Costs team and is keen to speak with both qualified Costs Lawyers and experienced unqualified costs professionals.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on the full range of costs work from lower value cases to high-value, complex costs work across:
- Catastrophic PI & Clinical Negligence as well as general casualty work
- Commercial Litigation
- Court of Protection
Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting bills, budgets, PODs, replies & advices
- Negotiation skills and fixed costs experience valued as well as complex costs experience
- Advocacy experience? Great, but not essential!
