A leading national firm in Manchester is expanding its Costs team and is keen to speak with both qualified Costs Lawyers and experienced unqualified costs professionals.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on the full range of costs work from lower value cases to high-value, complex costs work across:

  • Catastrophic PI & Clinical Negligence as well as general casualty work
  • Commercial Litigation
  • Court of Protection

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drafting bills, budgets, PODs, replies & advices
  • Negotiation skills and fixed costs experience valued as well as complex costs experience
  • Advocacy experience? Great, but not essential!

Also:

  • Claimant or defendant experience considered
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Keen to grow within a top-tier, supportive team
