We are working with a well established joinery / fitout contractor who have an immediate vacancy for an experienced Workshop Manager. The role will involve managing a team of 8 joiners / CNC machinists in their busy workshop to produce joinery of a particularly high standard.
The ideal candidate will have:
- experience in a similar role
- good people skills and ability to motivate and drive a team
- knowledge and experience with CNC machinery
- ability to read and interpret drawings
- strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- good organisational skills and capable of managing workflow and working to deadlines
