One of my clients are currently looking for a Care Coordinator to join their team based in Edinburgh.

5-Day Week (Monday to Friday) reducing to a 4-Day 30 Hour Week after completing your probationary period: 100% Pay, for 80% of Time, for 100% Productivity.

What You’ll Do:

  • Match the right care professionals with new clients to ensure a personalised and consistent service.
  • Ensure rotas run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Work as part of a close-knit, supportive team that values collaboration and high standards.
  • Participate in our light touch on call rota.
