About Us: Maximus Solutions Ltd is an ambitious and fast-growing construction recruitment agency, now in our 4th year of trading. Specialising in Trades & Labour, Mechanical & Electrical, and Senior Appointments (temp and perm), we’re aiming for 100% year-on-year growth and looking for experienced recruiters to help drive it.
The Role: We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You’ll be trusted to run your own desk, grow your client base, and deliver outstanding results in a supportive, growth-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full 360° recruitment: business development, candidate sourcing, and placement
- Managing your own desk within our specialist construction sectors
- Building strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Working to annual revenue targets with support from leadership
- Contributing to the growth and future of the business
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years+ experience in a Recruitment Consultant role (construction or technical preferred)
- Proven ability to win business and deliver results
- Strong candidate management and negotiation skills
- Ambition to grow into a senior or management role
- Self-starter with resilience and drive
