About the Role

We’re seeking a Junior Electrical Design Engineer to join our expanding Mechanical & Electrical division. This hands-on role offers the chance to gain end-to-end project exposure—from feasibility and design to site surveys and contract support. You’ll contribute to electrical designs across industrial and infrastructure sectors, working with state-of-the-art software such as ETAP, Trimble, and DIALux.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing electrical systems for major infrastructure projects
  • Prepare design calculations, feasibility reports, and technical documentation
  • Support contract administration and participate in site surveys
  • Work on electrical design components including LV/HV systems, lighting, earthing, and more
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to develop efficient, sustainable design solutions

What We’re Looking For

  • A certified electrician (e.g. City & Guilds 2396)
  • A strong understanding of electrical design principles; practical experience is a plus
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Knowledge of electrical theory including HV/LV systems, lighting, and earthing
  • Experience with engineering software such as ETAP, DIALux, and Trimble
  • A passion for learning and advancing in the field of electrical engineering
