My client based in the Evesham area is looking to recruit a Nightshift Warehouse Team Leader on a Permanent basis. This is a 4on/4off Night shift.
The main responsibilities include:
- Manage the Nightshift Warehouse team
- Manage Customer returns
- Support with loading and unloading of deliveries
- Managing Agency staff on site, managing absences, etc.
- Ensure Health and Safety is adhered to at all times
- Debriefing drivers and managing paperwork appropriately
As a suitable candidate you will offer the following:
- Previous experience in a similar Warehouse role
- Current FLT license, ideally PPT is essential
- Experience of managing a small team would be ideal
- Good communication skills are essential
- Experience in a Chilled Warehouse Environment is essential
The pay-rate is £14.57 an hour with an overtime rate of £17.48 an hour.
