About the Role:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support and resolving queries related to deliveries, orders, and logistics services. You’ll work as part of a dedicated team to ensure every customer experience is smooth and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and live chat
- Provide accurate information on delivery status, product queries, and service issues
- Handle complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary
- Log and update customer records in our internal system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively
About You:
- Previous experience in a customer service role (contact centre experience desirable)
