Recruitment Consultant – Team Life Science Team German Speaking- 1st Year £50k OTE, 2nd Year £70k OTE Team Life Sciences is growing! We are looking for consultant to ambitious sales people who speak French to be coached into a successful recruiter and specialise in placing high – calibre professionals into projects across the Life Science and Pharmaceutical sector. Who will I be working with? The Head of Life Sciences is a clear example of what can be achieved here at Optimus. Joining the company just over 2 years ago with zero sales experience, he engaged with the training programme, followed the recruitment basics and has reaped the benefits of working smart. In these 2 years, he has climbed the ranks quickly and is now looking for someone who is coachable, hard working and punctual.
