Job Title: Head of Alastin
Location: London Office – Hybrid 3 days in the office
Job Description
Galderma UK is looking for a strong Head of Brand to join our London office and lead the successful Alastin team. The role is hybrid and gives you the flexibility to arrange your schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Build Sales & Marketing plans and policies to evaluate, measure, and manage the product/brand P&L (e.g., budgeting, expenditures, profitability, return-on-investment, etc.)
- Execute Sales & Marketing plans and policies related to planning, developing, and delivering the marketing strategy for products and its brands
- Prioritize and coordinate sales & business development activities, including the development of alliance/channel/network partnerships
- Understand and analyse ongoing Sales & Marketing processes to ensure product/brand sales volumes as well as the profit targets are met
- Develop and formulate plans to implement brand licensing activities to expand brand presence within brand-approved quality standards
- Build strong, trusting cross-functional relationships with other specialist departments and external service providers
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or similar
- Strong experience within Aesthetics/Cosmetics/Dermatology industry
- Demonstrated background developing strategy and growth and implementing it effectively in the market to achieve business goals and objectives
- Demonstrable ability to create materials and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Experience in managing agencies and budgets
- Good understanding of customer and key stakeholders’ interests and concerns
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong experience in working in complex matrix organizations.
