Location: This role is flexible in location, but we would like you to be able to commute to our London office a few times per month and be able to attend customer meetings on-site (UK) at relatively short notice.

This is a unique opportunity to join Cutover as a Staff Software Engineer on our client-facing integrations engineering team - where deep technical expertise meets enterprise problem-solving. What will you be doing as our Staff Integrations Engineer?
- Act as a technical leader and architect for a dedicated client-facing integrations team.
- Build world class software solutions that help our customers integrate their systems with the Cutover core product.
- Work directly with customers to understand their requirements and provide pragmatic solutions that solve their real-world problems.
- Act as a mentor to less experienced engineers; coach and assist other team members in programming best-practices, new approaches and technologies.
- Set and uphold high standards of engineering quality, security, and scalability across the integrations domain.
- Work with cloud-based technologies to build scalable, responsive, and resilient systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Delivery, Customer Success, and InfoSec teams to ensure we build the right things in the right way.
What we’d like you to bring to the table…
- You have at least 7+ years experience developing in multiple programming languages and platforms such as Ruby, Java, Python, PHP, Javascript or C# and have a solid understanding of system design and architecture.
- Proven ability to work directly with enterprise customers, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- You enjoy creating API-based ‘mash-ups’ that do useful things. You have an understanding of how products like Zapier, Mulesoft, ITTT, etc work from a technical perspective.
- You have experience using REST API as well as web standards and protocols such as HTTP, HTTPS, SSH, UDP, TCP, etc.
- Experience leading technical projects and mentoring engineers at various levels.
- You understand how data can be ingested, transformed, processed and shared between systems, both web-based and legacy.
- You are creative with technical solutions and enjoy articulating its benefits (and downsides) to others, including customers.

Target compensation package: £100,000 - £115,000 base salary + stock options + benefits. The final offer may vary from the target compensation package, taking into consideration factors such as your experience level and skill set.
