About the role:
Would you like to be a Director of Leadership Development? We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leadership Development/Organization Development professional to join our team. You will have the opportunity to design and lead enterprise and/or division level interventions to accelerate our business strategy through leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and address complex leadership challenges at the enterprise or division level through intervention design, collaboration, and executed interventions to drive company strategy and accelerate business transformation.
- Drive outcomes in consultative topics for the business, focusing on the leadership skill framework across various leadership subsets/populations.
- Collaborate with talent assessment/management and data insights colleagues to apply talent management assessments and emerging data as a key driver to enhance leadership skills.
- Lead the development and implementation of high-quality enterprise-wide leadership development approaches to reinforce understanding of expectations of leaders.
- Work collaboratively with business leaders, their teams, HR, and other functional colleagues to address leadership development challenges and opportunities.
- Deliver outcome-focused Leadership Development design in co-creation with selected partners, encompassing necessary change management planning.
- Actively contribute to the collective capability development of Leadership Development as an active member of the community in support of business needs.
Essential Requirements:
- University degree in social science, psychology, organizational design, business degree, or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in Leadership Development, including complex intervention design at senior levels of organization.
- Experience in leading large-scale, complex leadership development/change management interventions.
- Experience diagnosing complex organizations and understanding organizational health using various data measurement methods.
- Strong experience with senior executive engagement and facilitation, with strong influencing ability.
- Experience working in international and global project teams, with the ability to work in high-ambiguity environments.
- Proven analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to implement to business outcomes.
- Strong collaboration and networking with key partnering communities and stakeholders.
Desirable Requirements:
- Life science industry expertise.
- Further Education in Educational Sciences, Change Management, Coaching.
- Previous experience in management consulting or as HR/PO Business partner.
