Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy & Communication: Lead the development and implementation of global marketing strategy to build trust, drive trial, and expand market presence. Shape and execute integrated brand communications, ensuring alignment with global brand goals and local market needs. Define and share global media strategies and guiding principles with regional teams.
- Portfolio & Innovation Leadership: Develop a comprehensive product category strategy focused on optimizing portfolio structure, innovation pipelines, and profitability. Drive high-impact innovation initiatives, leading cross-functional teams through the stage-gate process, including thorough post-launch assessments. Manage global product launches from start to finish—ensuring stakeholder alignment, toolkit development, regional rollout, and performance evaluation.
- Market & Consumer Insight: Build deep expertise through analysis of consumer, customer, and competitor insights to guide strategic planning. Collaborate with insights and analytics teams and external agencies to design research programs that inform marketing decisions and enhance brand performance.
- Cross-functional Collaboration & Governance: Lead and co-chair strategic category meetings, ensuring they are action-driven and outcome-oriented. Establish strong partnerships with regional teams and core business functions (e.g., R&D, regulatory, finance, operations) to ensure aligned execution. Promote best practices, tools, and marketing frameworks to elevate global category performance.
- Capability & Culture Leadership: Serve as a role model for organizational values, fostering a high-performance culture. Help shape a world-class marketing function through strong strategic thinking, creativity, and consistent execution. In addition to category responsibilities, lead margin and portfolio management across the broader product offering, developing scalable tools to support optimization.

- 6+ years of global marketing experience with demonstrated success across the full marketing mix.
- Proven leader with experience in building and scaling global brands.
- Deep understanding of consumers, customers, and categories; driven by data and insights.
- Excellent communicator with strong influencing and leadership skills across global and cross-functional teams.
- Skilled in project and time management; capable of thriving in fast-paced, complex, and regulated environments.
- Strong commercial mindset with robust strategic, analytical, and quantitative skills.
- Highly collaborative and resilient; adept at building trust across diverse teams and cultures.
- Passionate about driving change and delivering results in entrepreneurial settings.
Education & Additional Requirements:
