Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Head of Talent Management to lead our talent development and retention strategies. This role will also be responsible for a comprehensive Leadership Development Program aimed at nurturing and growing our future leaders. The role reports to Global Head of Talent & HR Business.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Management: Develop and execute talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent. Continuously improve and manage performance management to ensure continuous employee development and engagement.
- Succession Planning: Collaborate with department heads to identify talent needs and succession planning. Develop and maintain a robust succession planning framework to ensure leadership continuity. Identify key roles and create succession plans to mitigate risks associated with turnover. Work with senior leaders to identify and develop internal talent for future leadership roles. Regularly review and update succession plans to reflect changes in the organization.
- Leadership Development: Manage a Leadership Development Program to develop talent for key leadership roles. Identify high-potential employees and create individualized development plans. Facilitate leadership training sessions, workshops, and seminars (nice to have). Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the leadership development initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
- Employee Engagement and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Create and promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Strategic Planning: Work closely with senior management to align talent management and leadership development initiatives with the company’s strategic goals. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent management and leadership development.
- Communication: Demonstrate outstanding skills in creating presentations, including board decks. Effectively communicate via various presentation tools complex information and strategies to senior leadership and board members.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in talent management, leadership development, or a related role.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful talent management and leadership development programs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
