The Role: This heavyweight is seeking to hire a Property Litigation Associate for their City office. You will join a friendly, supportive and professional team. The Property Litigation department has seen an increased workflow in recent months and under good leadership are looking to further expand the department. The caseload will be broad but include:

• Professional negligence
• Dilapidation claims
• Contract disputes
• Arbitration
• Mediation
• Landlord and tenant disputes
• Break notices
• Termination of leases
• Possession

Requirements: You will be a Property Litigation Solicitor with 2+ PQE. You will have a strong technical knowledge and a desire to progress.
