Organisation Design and Change Partner, 6 month FTC – Leading National Charity – £65,000

Great opportunity for an Organisational Change Specialist to join a leading UK charity. Reporting to the People Director, you will be responsible for leading key strategic organisation design initiatives.

Your key accountabilities will include:

  1. Providing expert Organisation Design advice and support on changes to operating models.
  2. Undertaking business analysis of organisational structures.
  3. Enhancing the experience for those who use their services and colleagues who work in them.
  4. Leading on and delivering end-to-end organisation design projects.
  5. Working collaboratively within the People Function and with wider stakeholders including directors.
  6. Coaching and mentoring colleagues in the People Function on organisation design.

You should be a senior HR professional with a track record of leading and implementing organisation design projects in the charity, not-for-profit, or health sectors. Experience in change management, including TUPE, needs to be combined with excellent knowledge of employment law and an ability to coach teams.
