As part of our professional, friendly and compassionate team, you will do everything you can to ensure the patients’ treatment is of the highest standard.
We are open to full-time or part-time applications; we are offering a competitive salary of up to £149,995 for full-time depending on experience plus a performance-related incentive scheme.
If you are not in the local area, we do also offer a generous relocation package.

As a highly valued member of our professional, friendly and compassionate team, you will offer expert clinical opinion on a range of problems within ophthalmology from your wide training and extensive experience.

We have strong control processes to ensure we maintain high standards of hygiene and above all, we’re passionate about giving our patients the best possible care and helping them feel better, faster.
Main duties of the job
You will be a UK registered medical professional, who is listed on the Specialist GMC register. You should also be able to demonstrate a high level of skill in the operative and non-operative aspects of the management and assessment of the following areas:
- Slit-Lamp examination
- Gonioscopy
- Fundoscopy
- Tonometry
- Refraction
You will also be required to demonstrate a high level of operative skill in the following areas:
- High Volume Phacoemulsification under topical anaesthesia
- Eyelid surgery
- Laser treatment

- A basic salary of up to £149,995 per annum based on experience
