Designing and facilitation of personal development workshops – virtually and in person facilitate development programmes that support the development of Pilgrim’s Europe Graduates and Placement students Analysing learning needs Drive the online learning agenda Design and facilitate Values workshops and campaigns Coaching and mentoring What will you need to have? Ability to create learning solutions that match learning needs Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to respectfully challenge others while remaining calm Ability to create inspiring learning content suitable for online delivery & face to face delivery Use of creative learning techniques Understanding and experience of mentoring Ability to problem solve and adopt a solution focused mindset Flexibility & agility, with a willingness to travel Positive approach to change The company Pilgrim’s Europe produces some of the best-known and most iconic brands in the UK and Ireland, including Fridge Raiders, Rollover, Denny, Richmond, Oakhouse and Moy Park, alongside a diverse range of industry leading own-label products in categories including fresh pork, lamb and chicken, working with all the major retailers and food service outlets.
