As a global brand in the Power Electronics market, this organization offers an excellent platform for proactive salespeople to achieve outstanding results. Following the retirement of a long-standing employee, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Regional Sales Manager to manage accounts and generate new opportunities in the East.
The Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop new and existing customer accounts
- Achieve financial and Design-In targets
- Provide quotations to customers and follow through to close deals
- Prepare annual key account and sales plans to increase regional sales
- Research and target potential clients, lead generation, qualification, and account development
- Work with an experienced team of sales support and technical engineers
This role is home-based with regular travel to customer sites.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven sales achievement in the Electronics market
- Strong technical understanding of Power Electronics and Power Supplies
- Degree or equivalent in electrical engineering
- Experience working autonomously from a home office
- Dynamic, confident, and inspiring personality
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Full UK driving license
