Real Estate Litigation Solicitor

A national Real Estate Litigation department of a leading law firm, who act for a wide range of public sector and private sector clients, require a Real Estate Litigation Solicitor.

The department deals with large regeneration schemes, landlord and tenant, asset management, and major land sales.

The Role

Varied range of high-quality work such as:

  1. Advising on restrictive covenants and easements for site disposals;
  2. 1954 Act security of tenure and lease renewals;
  3. Removal of squatters;
  4. Court proceedings and arbitrations involving GP partnership disputes;
  5. Multi-million pound dilapidations dispute;
  6. Break notices to facilitate estate re-organisation;
  7. Judicial review of planning decisions;
  8. Recovery of arrears from commercial tenants.

Previous property litigation experience is essential, and any public sector and partnership disputes experience would be desirable but not vital.
