The London office of a US-headquartered firm are actively looking to add two exceptional Private Equity Associates to their highly regarded and very busy corporate practice.
The firm has a life sciences and technology-focused client list, and the Private Equity team advises private equity and other investment funds and Real Estate Investment Trusts on transactions in privately held companies, including acquisitions and disposals, control and minority equity investments, and complex joint ventures.
This position attracts a market-leading salary and quality of work, and selection for these roles will be rigorous. In order to be considered, you will most likely have a very strong academic background and training, as well as 2-3 yearsβ post-qualification experience from a Magic Circle or peer US Firm, and be experienced in dealing with high-value, complex and multi-jurisdictional private equity transactions.
While the firm counts many originally foreign-qualified Lawyers amongst their ranks (and Partnership!) in London, for this position the firm is looking for England & Wales-qualified and London experienced Associates.
