Zero Hours Contract
Want to earn some money but need to work around your children? Or perhaps you’ve retired, but want to commit to a few hours of work a week? If so, this could be a great opportunity for you!
Here at Stonewater, we’re looking for a Neighbourhood Partner who we can call upon to visit our properties and check everything is of good standard. It might be that we need you to take a photograph of a property for marketing purposes or that you simply just need to change a key safe code, but either way, you’ll be playing a vital part in helping us deliver high quality housing services to our customers. There’ll also be times when we need you to carry out testing and inspections of dwellings, blocks, and estates, raise repairs and follow through to satisfactory completion. You’ll build relationships and provide support to our new and existing customers whilst onsite, supporting and working closely with our Customer Partners and other stakeholders in the community!
It’s a zero hours contract, which means we can’t tell you how many hours per week they’ll be or when they’ll be – but the good thing is, is that you can choose whether it’s convenient for you.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a high degree of flexibility.
- Be personable and have a genuine passion for delivering a first-class customer service.
- Have exceptional people skills, able to connect with customers and build rapport.
- Be able to think practically and logically, using a solution focused approach to overcoming problems/issues.
- Have excellent communication skills, able to communicate information clearly and effectively.
- Be experienced in using a tablet, Microsoft software (including Outlook) and a smart phone.
- Have an eye for detail and be able to identify issues that would pose a Health & Safety risk.
Due to the nature of the role, candidates must live within a 5 mile radius of these areas and be able to travel as and when required.
Appointment to this role will be subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service Check, satisfactory references and possession of a valid Right to Work document.
