Site Manager - Landscaping

4Site Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee high-quality landscaping projects for a leading construction company specializing in bespoke and high-end residential projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to take charge of diverse and creative landscaping projects, ensuring they are completed to an exceptional standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites, including staff, materials, and budgets.
• Oversee hard and soft landscaping works in line with contractual scope and specifications.
• Maintain compliance with construction programs and coordinate with various stakeholders, including Site Supervisors, Principal Contractors, and client representatives.
• Source, allocate, and manage resources effectively to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor and report project performance to the Construction Manager.
• Inspect and approve materials to ensure adherence to specifications and quality.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in both hard and soft landscaping.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to delegate and motivate diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to interpret and work from plans and specifications.
• Strong focus on quality, safety, and delivering results.
• Full and clean driving license.
• Familiarity with UK Health & Safety at Work regulations.
