An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Projects (Security Infrastructure) to lead the full life cycle delivery of a complex security installation programme across a high-profile portfolio. This role will play a critical part in shaping the strategic and operational execution of integrated security systems within the built environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead pre-construction activities and develop the full project delivery roadmap
- Drive the procurement and resourcing strategy to ensure timely, cost-effective deployment
- Oversee the end-to-end programme delivery, from initiation to handover
- Manage internal teams and subcontractors to deliver turnkey security solutions
- Develop robust commissioning and client handover processes
- Maintain full P&L and compliance oversight across all project portfolios
- Degree in construction, surveying, engineering, or related discipline
- Recognised project management qualification
- Electrical or security system qualifications
- IOSH Managing Safely (NEBOSH Construction desirable)
- Strong knowledge of CDM 2015 and Building Safety Act 2022
- 10+ years in construction or engineering project leadership
- Hands-on experience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams
- Track record of delivering public sector programmes and client-facing delivery
- Proven installation experience with AMAG Symmetry and Gallagher systems
- Commercial acumen with strong budget and compliance oversight
- IT literate with excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
