Here at TSA surveying, we are representing an established client who are actively looking to expand their building surveying team in Tamworth. They are looking to add to their current team of fifty-five individuals across their five nationwide offices to carry out their current existing workload. The company has been involved in providing technical solutions to several of the blue-chip insurance companies across the nation. The client is searching for a building surveyor who has experience in property maintenance or project management to aid the team with the current workload which primarily focuses on developing schedules of works for peril-related damages on properties. A main responsibility in this role will be to successfully engage with clients with the aim to build established relationships to liaison throughout the insurance peril. The company has previously completed works in the commercial sector valuing up to £100k and worked on residential claims which can be a varied valuation.
