We’re currently seeking a Service Advisor to join a busy and professional aftersales team in York. What You’ll Do:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers visiting or calling the service department
- Schedule service appointments and liaise with the workshop team to ensure smooth workflow
- Provide clear communication to customers regarding services, repairs, and costs
- Promote and upsell service plans, products, and aftersales offers
- Maintain accurate service records and adhere to administrative procedures
- Help meet team targets and contribute to a positive dealership environment
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and company standards

- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A proactive, customer-first attitude with the ability to work under pressure
