Role Overview: As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the pre-construction phase, preparing accurate and competitive tenders for new build and refurbishment projects. You will work closely with the pre-construction and operational teams to analyse project requirements, develop cost plans, and ensure the delivery of winning bids in line with company standards and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for housing and public sector projects.
- Analyse drawings, specifications, and project documents to identify cost drivers and risks.
- Liaise with supply chain partners and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes.
- Work collaboratively with the Bid, Design, and Commercial teams to ensure aligned and informed tender proposals.
