Job Title: Mental Health Practitioner – CAMHS Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for multiple Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner roles within CAMHS, based in Skelmersdale, West Lancashire. These positions require core professions such as RMN (NMC registered), OT, or Social Workers with relevant CAMHS experience. Key Responsibilities * Provide case management for children and young people with CAMHS-related needs. * Conduct assessments, interventions, and reviews in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team (MDT). * Support duty tasks, ward responsibilities, and participate in MDT meetings. * Manage caseloads, addressing mental health and wellbeing concerns effectively. * Ensure timely and effective care planning, risk assessments, and documentation.
