Our client a Global Manufacturer based in Adlington; Lancashire is looking for a Multi Skilled Engineering Team Leader with an electrical bias. The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring 1 mechanical biased Engineer, working a rotational shift pattern, delegating tasks and responsible overall for the planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance tasks across the facility. Please note, this is a rotational shift pattern including days, nights and weekend working. Engineering Team Leader Responsibilities: Managing 1 other engineer. Controlling the In-House Preventative Maintenance System. Working alongside the existing maintenance engineer as well as alone. Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance tasks. Prioritising workload with the use of in-house systems. Playing an active part in site Health & Safety. Review existing process, with a view to offering improvement suggestions.
