OVERVIEW OF ROLE: The successful candidate will be working in a warehouse environment, will be able to assist in manual handling, so will need to be physically fit. You will also play a lead role in the workflow management and staff supervision for the company records management operation. You will manage throughput to ensure best practices are adhered to and that technologies are utilised to provide the highest level of customer service and business benefit. You will work closely with the management team to provide effective support to both clients and suppliers as well as the operational staff. This role is working on an ongoing temp basis which may become permanent. KEY TASKS: * Mentor to the operational team * Oversee direct communications with clients and internal communication * Provide personal development to the team in a live working environment * Share lessons learnt over past years to align and where possible enhance the current service levels * Have full awareness and understanding of specifications and SLAs for each client * Effectively review, prioritise and manage workflow and resource planning within the team to fulfil SLA requirements. * Distribute and delegate tasks across the team taking appropriate skill sets of staff into consideration * Liaise with customers to facilitate effective processing, highlighting and suggesting solutions to any obstacles that may affect the completion of work within the required SLAs. * Inform the…
