Job Title: Financial Accountant
Location: Warwick Salary: £38,000-£42,000Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Are you a motivated Financial Accountant with at least one year of experience in financial accounting? Our client, a reputable and growing company, is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Accountant to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

Month-End Closures: Assist with month-end processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Balance Sheets & Reconciliations: Prepare balance sheets and conduct reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and completeness.

Revenue Recognition: Support the revenue recognition process, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.

VAT Returns: Assist with preparing elements of VAT returns, ensuring timely and accurate submission.

Financial Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of financial reports, statements, and management accounts for review.

Account Reconciliations: Perform regular reconciliations of accounts, resolving any discrepancies.

Internal Controls & Compliance: Ensure all processes and reports align with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Skills & Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in financial accounting or a similar role.

Strong understanding of balance sheet reconciliations, month-end processes, and VAT returns.

Experience supporting revenue recognition and financial reporting.
