A growing business that mainly works within the fruit ripening and processing sector of the industry is looking for an experienced Refrigeration Service Engineer! This is a field-based role, covering the Kent and South East region. Working 40 hours per week, you will receive a salary of up to £22 per hour, along with a bonus, overtime, company vehicle, sick pay scheme and a wellness programme. What youll do as Refrigeration Service Engineer: Service commercial refrigeration equipment and plant, chilled water systems. Service a Small amount of Air-conditioning equipment Carry out site audits. Carry out toolbox talks as advised by Service Manager Promote improvements/modifications on the operating systems customers have on site. Support the capacity planning and work scheduling process. Ensure that the Companys technical and safety standards are maintained in accordance with Health & Safety Practices as outlined in the Company Health and Safety procedures and to make recommendations for improvements as necessary as well as the reporting of accidents & near misses.
