Are you a talented Commercial Litigation Senior Associate with 6+ years PQE, looking to join a large, progressive Disputes team? The Firm: This firm has a unique international heritage and has successfully combined scale and profitability not dissimilar to what you see within silver circle firms. Operational in 20 countries, this global law firm is positioned to assemble large-scale commercial services for its clients. They advise large corporations, emerging visionary businesses, and public bodies that have complex and multifaceted needs. Whilst remaining global in vision, they continue to place an emphasis on their domestic clients and have long-standing client relationships that have continued through the decades. The Role: Within this role you will advise on a wide variety of international and national disputes, across all the sectors that the Firm specialises in, including TMT, financial services, energy, life sciences and real estate. The role will include taking instructions and preparing high quality and concise party/party correspondence, instructions to Counsel, pleadings and other court and arbitration documents as required. You will be working alongside a leading Manchester partner well known in the area for attracting the best quality level of disputes. The Ideal Candidate: A qualified solicitor with 5+ years of PQE.
