We have a great opportunity for a Regional Quality Manager to raise standards of delivery within prison education and ensure that delivery teams meet quality standards and external accreditation requirements. You will visit multiple sites to promote and review quality standards and put in place interventions where necessary. Location: This role is remote based with visits out to prisons each week to support teams. The regions for visits span between Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Norfolk and the North-East Midlands. Salary: From £36,000 per annum The ideal candidate: * You should have recent and relevant quality and leadership experience in a similar type of role along with a passion and commitment to always do your best. * You will have QTS/QTLS (or equivalent) as well as evidence of continuous professional development. * You will need to have analytical and report writing skills – attention to detail * Experience and knowledge of working with external inspection bodies such as Ofsted and Matrix * The ability to travel to carry out the requirements of the role, given the remote nature of the prison sites, a car is essential as public transport links are not adequate.
